Dr. J. Randall Timko is focused on making sure you receive the proper care you need from the proper specialist who will best help you reach your goals.

That is why Dr. Timko has created a local network of wellness specialist we feel confident will provide you the highest quality care and customer service.

In addition, the specialists listed below have agreed to offer our referred clients their preferred rates as a professional courtesy.

Dr. Timko will make recommendations and referrals to the specialist believed to best help you and your condition at your report of findings and at progress evaluations.

Chief Wellness Officer / Primary Wellness Doctor

A Primary Wellness Doctor helps people determine what their health goals are and makes recommendations for products and referrals to specialists to help reach those goals. A CWO works with employers to create cost-saving health promotion programs that lead to improved profits through a healthier more productive workforce.

Wellness Coach

Wellness Coaches are like the nurses of wellness. They provide a vital role in helping people understand wellness, and most importantly are there to help you stay accountable to yourself. That's how you achieve results. As an active patient at our wellness center you are able to work with our team of wellness coaches to help you lose weight, get fit, reduce stress, stop smoking and more. Coaches are available via telephone and email and are provided as a complimentary service to our active patients. Ask our staff for more details about how you can work with our wellness coaching team.

Massage Therapist

Massage offers a variety of health benefits: pain relief, relaxation, improved muscle tone, stimulation of circulatory and lymphatic systems and more efficient elimination of waste throughout the body.

Personal Fitness Trainer

A personal trainer is a great way to ensure that you are exercising safely and effectively to accomplish your goal. A personal trainer is trained in developing and recommending exercise programs and often offers generally accepted nutritional advice as well.


Acupuncture encourages the body to promote natural healing and improve function. Acupuncture involves inserting tiny sterilized, stainless-steel needles into specific points on the body-just barely through the surface of the skin.
